We are looking for an engaged and analytical Business Controller to join our assortment- and purchasing team in Malmö (Hyllie).

Responsibilities: As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in driving our sales growth and profitability. Your main responsibilities include:

• Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of sales, customer behavior, and market trends to support informed business decisions.
• Decision Making: Implement strategic actions based on analytical insights to optimize sales and profit, balancing global strength and local relevance.
• Assortment Development: Support the team in developing our global assortment to maximize sales and profit.
• Purchase Follow-up: Support the team in purchase follow-up to ensure the right assortment mix and volumes.
• Sales Analysis: Continuously conduct sales analyses to identify future potential and risks and take actions to optimize assortment and planning.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A degree in business administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate analysis into actionable strategies.
• Sales competence and the ability to identify customer preferences and market trends.
• Experience in the e-commerce/retail/assortment planning is a requirement.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
